Advance reservation is required at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired stay dates at the hotel. To redeem the voucher, the guest shall send an email to stay@belmontboracay.com.ph with preferred stay dates, contact details, and other requests or may call 63 36 286 2200 | 63 917 867 3019 |63 917 650 8491.
The Voucher is non-expiring and non-refundable.
This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other hotel products or services.
The voucher is not valid in conjunction with other existing promos, discounts, or coupons (e.g. credit card tie-ups, Club Access discounts, etc). In the purchase of goods and services that are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 whichever is higher.
Other hotel incidental charges shall be subject to applicable fees and must be settled upon check-out.
A copy of the voucher shall be presented and surrendered upon check-in.
A surcharge of PHP 1500 shall apply during holidays and super peak dates namely Holy Week April 6 9, 2023 | March 28 31, 2024;Golden Week October 1 - 7, 2023; Christmas-New Year December 23, 2023 January 3, 2024; Chinese New Year February 8 11, 2024
