Advance reservation is required at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired stay dates at the hotel. To redeem the voucher, the guest shall send an email to stay@richmondeortigas.com with preferred stay dates, contact details, and other requests or may call 8638-7777.
The Voucher is non-expiring and non-refundable.
This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other hotel products or services.
The voucher is not valid in conjunction with other existing promos, discounts, or coupons (e.g. credit card tie-ups, Club Access discounts, etc). In the purchase of goods and services that are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 whichever is higher.
Other hotel incidental charges shall be subject to applicable fees and must be settled upon check-out.
A copy of the voucher shall be presented and surrendered upon check-in.
Voucher is not valid on the following blackout dates (December 24 and 31, 2023 / December 24 and 31, 2024 / December 24 and 31, 2025 / December 24 and 31, 2026 / December 24 and 31, 2027).
